HHS Tardy Policy

one hour after school detention.

2 hours Saturday detention.

one day out of school suspension.

with Principal or Assistant Principal, before returning to school.

Excessive tardiness will result in a multi day out of school suspension of the student, a referral to the superintendent, readmission to return to school with the approval of the superintendent.

Students can earn the right to have exams not count against them if they earn fewer than 3 tardies in a semester. The student will be required to take the exam for school purposes, but do not have to count the exam towards their grade if they choose prior to taking the exam. The choice must be made prior to taking the exam. All students will take the exams for their classes.
